Disappearing Mapped Drives

Hello,

I have a user whose mapped drives simply disappear. I cannot correlate this to any particular event or action. She is running Windows XP Professional SP2. Is there anywhere I should begin my search? Any help would be appreciated.

Was the "restore connection on reboot" option not set when mapping the drive?
