Disappearence of Min/Max button

Ever since re-installing MS Office on my computer both the Min and Max buttons have disappeard from the main application window?
Is there anyway of re-enabling these buttons?

Thanks for the response.

This did not solve the problem I am afraid?

I have taken a look at a couple of other users machines and although they have the Min/Max/Close button on the Main Application window, they only have the Close button on the Document Window?

Is this a setting in 2000 that is not configurable?

I Had a similar problem.

I decided to use another License Key, and applications work very well.

Could you try another CD Key?
