disabling plugins from beign installed on the internet

hi,
does anybody know a way I can keep from being prompted to install plugins when visiting certain web sites?

Sometimes I'll visit a site and a box will popup asking if want to install a plugin, I want the browser to ignore those so I don't have to keep clicking "no"

Nevermind I figured it out..it was in the security tab of IE
