In my start menu there's a little word at the bottom that is "More" when I click it, it shows me all the programs I haven't used recently. I want to be able to see all my programs in the start menu all the time. How do I do this?

Right-click the Start Button to get to the Properties/ Customize.

Customize Start Menu/ Advanced/ Start Menu Items/ Scroll Programs.

Specifies whether to display the items on the Programs menu as one long scrolling menu or as horizontal pages. Depending on your screen resolution, if you have more than 29 or 38 programs installed, and you select to have one long scrolling menu, you can access the programs you don’t see by clicking the arrow at each end of the list of programs.

Customize Start Menu/ General /Programs.

Specifies the maximum number of programs to display in the most frequently used programs list on the Start menu. You can increase or decrease the number.

You Cannot See the Full All Programs List Because the List Extends Off the Screen
View products that this article applies to.
SUMMARY
When you have many programs installed on Microsoft Windows XP, you may find that when you click Start and then point to All Programs, the list extends off the screen, and you cannot see all the programs that are on the list.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable scrolling in the All Programs list so that it shows all programs. To enable scrolling, do the following:
On the taskbar, right-click Start, and then select Properties.
Click the Start Menu tab, and then click Customize.
In the Customize Start Menu dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
Under Start menu items, click to select the Scroll Programs check box
Is this the only answer we can find?
Hope thats clearer

The other option is to right-click the Start button, Explore All Users, and drag and drop items into folders to reduce the size of the program items that need to be displayed.

You can create new folders, and drag and drop items to reduce the clutter.
