Hi All,

We're going to be decommissioning our PNs soon (Yay!!!) and I'm trying to proactively deny registrations to the CLANs and get them on the procr.

We've been using PE across our network for a while now, but still have a bunch of phones in the same IP-NR as the CLANs that continue registering to them. (I'm sure this was simply a poor NR design, but it's too late to bother fixing now.)

Question is: If I set "Allow H.323 Endpoints?" to N, will this drop all existing registrations on the CLAN or just block future registrations?

Thanks!!

I believe it'll drop registrations to those phones.

Unless PE is in the same NR as the CLANs, I'd prep a window and expect them to drop once you turn down the last one.

You could move the CLAN into another NR, that should force the phone to re-register to another CLAN or the PE.
But I would still expect it to be disruptive.

Thanks Guys! That's kind of what I expected, but I was hoping it wouldn't be service affecting to those already registered.

Thx again!
