Disabling EFS

I am about to roll out 30 XP Pro machines on an NT4 domain. I want to be able to disable EFS on the XP machines. Anyone know how?

For what it's worth, if you don't NEED to use NTFS, there will no worry about EFS...you MUST use NTFS to use EFS, so go with FAT32 instead!
