Hello
I'm a new systemadministrator for a small company using Small Business Server 2000. The previous sysadmin has disabled multiple users for security reasons. I have noticed that there are still mails comming into the mailboxes of these disabled users.
Now I would like to check these mailboxes for important information.
In Outlook XP I do: File > Open > Other user's folder and enter the name of the disabled user. The user gets recognised (underlined) but when clicking ok I get:
Unable to display the folder. The information store could not be opened.
I tried to re-enable the user but still no effect. Logging on using the re-enabled account and configuring Outlook results in:
Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have permission to log on.
Searching the web I have found to create a msExchMasterAccountSID (
I have tried this with a enabled and disabled account but to no avail.
Could anyone give me a solution or workarround?
Tnx
Roel
