I am trying to disable the zero out of Audix feature for only one subscriber, is this possible?

I'm not sure. Perhaps you can do something with COR.

Depends on the need you might also test a trick. I can't promise that it'll work but ...........

Change the mailbox to auto-attendant and on the third page fill in the time out "1sec" an make it call answer to a dummy mailbox. In Definity, re-program the extension so the voicemail LED is the one of the dummy mailbox.

The only thing is that the users must log in to another mailbox number. But if this works we'll find something.

Though it's a bit nasty, you might like it.

You cannot disable one subscriber, however, you could set their dial 0 in their subscriber form to another number or to a vdn that points to a vector. The vector could handle the caller in many ways as well as "disconnect after announcement none" or disconnect after announcement XXXX. (were XXXX is an announcment that says "there is no Dial 0 operator for this extension, good-bye"

Just a thought
