Disable user from Exchange server. In SBS 2003.

User has a login to the domain but needs email sent to external email address.

Currently "some" of the email to the user is being caught in the exchange server. What needs to be disabled in SBS 2003 exchange so user's email goes to external email account.

Create a contact with the external email address and forward the exchange email account to it.
