Disable Right clicking the Desktop (GPO?)

I am trying to figure how to disable right clicking or everything that comes up when you right click on the desktop.

I could have sworn I did this a long time ago but I could be wrong..

Any ideas?

nevermind some how through random clicking it has been done

I think the policy that you we're looking for is called "Dissable right click in root folders
