Running Exchange 2003 on a Win2003 server.

Some users are using multiple identities and choosing a mail enabled Public Folder in the From field, when sending new messages. In doing so, the folder automatically receives a return receipt when a message is sent in this fashion.

Is it possible to turn off the return receipt or redirect it to a different mailbox?

Thanks!

Let me know if my assumption of your question is correct. You only want to suppress the read receipt when they change the FROM field? I'm not aware of that being possible.

Pat,
You're correct. I didn't know one could turn it on for a public folder much less how to turn it off.

If anyone has any ideas on this I'd love to hear them!
