Disable Pages at certain hours

I need to disable the access to certain parts of my website (directories and pages) during the night time, maybe showing a "Not Active Service" page.

It's possible to do it at system level, with iis or windows tools? Or I have to make .asp pages that check the hour?

why not use a scheduled task that runs a batch file to swap the default.asp with another one that contains the "not available at this time" message.
