Disable Netbios on Exchange 5.5

Is it possible to disable the netbios service running on The Exchange server?

If so what consequences will I see..

This is the PDC with no BDC
There is a separate Wins server on the Network.
We are running Tcp/IP and the ipx/spx protocols on this box along with Netbios

That's tough, I wouldn't suggest disabling it, especially with NT4. What problems are you having that's prompted this question?
