Disable Multiple Incoming call from Trunk for Multiline Telephone (MLT) NEC SL2100

On NEC SL2100 system, we have 2 CO, DIL EXT 100 (MLT). When EXT 100 on conversation with a call from CO1, another call from CO2, we want to hear busy tone instead of ring back tone. How to do it?

Doesn't this defeat the objective of having two lines?

SLT is ok, MLT is not okay[ponder]

Don't understand the logic or reason but if you want a busy signal; get rid of your incoming hunt group from the telco like Ozzie said.

EXT 100 (MLT) must not be an operator Ext number
