disable marquee =/

anyone knows how to disable marquees in html pages? I hate 'em they slow down my puter so freakingly badly
disabling javascript won't work :/

Lol... i so hate pages with annoying frames

By pasting this code in the adress frame and pressing the return/enter key the specified frame will be blanket out for good or untill someother stupid frame reloades that frame
