Is there a way to disable the "ignore" button on 96xx-series phones?

APSS - ACIS - ACSS

Never thought of it but in the 46xxsettings.txt file is an option
################ A(Avaya) Menu Settings #################
##
## WML-Application URI
## URI used for WML-applications under A (AVAYA) Menu.
## Specify HTTP server and directory path to administration
## file (AvayaMenuAdmin.txt). Do not specify the
## administration file name. This parameter applies only
## to 96xx model phones.
##
## SET AMADMIN
that should make it possible to create your own menu options and leave the ignore out of it (maybe)
it might also just be the actual menu and the ignore is going to be a call setting option you cannot influence

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.

Westi, that needs a push server and a lot of work programming the webpages.
Better use these options for controlling access to options:

Code:

## APPSTAT is not supported on 96xx or 16cc SIP phones.
##
## When APPSTAT is set to 0, Call Log and Redial are

## Speed Dial/Contacts work without restrictions.
##
## When APPSTAT is set to 2, Call Log is suppressed.
## For Redial the Last-6-numbers option is suppressed
## and changes to Speed Dial/Contacts are not allowed.
##
## When APPSTAT is set to 3, changes to Speed Dial/Contacts
## are not allowed.
##
## SET APPSTAT 1
