I have a continuous form that displays a variety of fields. I only want a checkbox to be enabled if certain criteria in the data fields are met. I need the checkbox to be either enabled or disabled as soon as the form loads (ie: there is no event that triggers this other than loading the form). I have tried using the OnCurrent event but it is not working like I need it to (it is enabling/disabling the checkbox for all items). Any ideas?

Yes. Look for another approach.
You cannot control the enabled state of a checkbox on a record-by-record basis in a continuous form.
Either all copies of the checkbox in view are enabled or they are all disabled.
That's just the way it is.

There might be an approach using conditional formatting to highlight a different field on the form based on the value of the checkbox.

Not the answer I was hoping for, but at least I know what I got. Thanks for the help!
