Right now I have a Windows 2000 server running with citrix on it. Now when ever a user runs a program (Word for example) and goes to open a file and gets his My Documents screen and clicks the drop down arrow it the server checks his a drive before responding. With this happening every single time a user does this it drasticly slows down the time it takes to view the menu and even some times hangs it up or crashes a user on laptops with no A drive. Is there a way to disable it from checking the A drive until a user actually tries to us it. This causes a lot of frustration and headacks for me. Is it somewhere I can declare in a policy or is it somewhere in the registry. I don't really know what to look for in a documentation search on microsoft.

Thanks,
