DirectX for Windows 2000

I do believe DirectX 9 si the one that supports Win2000/.. As DirectX10 is as of yet onyl for Windows Vista.

Both work with Windows 2000. However it seems 9.18.944 is the newer one, having a published date of 2007. while 9.0c has a published date of 2004. So I suggest 9.18.944
