Directory Table format

Hi,

I am currently using a Novell Netware 6.5 server. When I FTP to the server and ran a "dir" command, the user rights to access the files/directories are displayed in the [RWCFAFMS] format. May I know how do I convert the format to UNIX? (eg. in -d--w--r).

Note: The volume supports DOS, LONG and NFS
