Directory services?

Hi All,

Do they have directory services turned on in the Nortel opt 61c phone switch so people can do a lookup on a phone number?

you can have Personal Directory, that you can use on 3900 sets.

also via Corporate Directory which you need an OTM to import the phone numbers to the phones.

Or if you have IP phones you can install an Application Gateway that will download a copy of your active directory and make that available to search on lthe set.
