I have a user whose name is being displayed wrongly in the Global Address Book in one of the sites of my Exchange Organisation.
Below is an extract of the Global Address Book generated in remote site;
Mailbox Ndegwa, Peterson Karanja pkaranja pkaranja ?\UNKNOWN
Mailbox Ndegwa, Peterson Karanja pkndegwa pkndegwa KBLHQ\pkndegwa
Mailbox Ndegwa,Peterson Karanja pndegwa pndegwa ?\UNKNOWN
An extract of the Global Address Book generated in his home site;
Mailbox Ndegwa, Peter pndegwa pndegwa KBLHQ\pndegwa EABL_08
Mailbox Ndegwa, Peterson Karanja pkndegwa pkndegwa KBLHQ\pkndegwa EABL_08
Please note that this is happening in only one remote site yet I have 4 other sites which are OK.
What might be causing this - the different display names attached to the same alias - and what is the remedy?
I'm running Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4
Regards,
Andy
