Directory In Intuity Audix 3

Hello,
I have a manager who would like to have an option in an auto-attend for a directory in audix. Is this possible and if so how would I create it? I have audix 4.4

Setup a subscriber. On page two of the subscriber form, look for the following:

Addressing Format : Should be name
Type : Should be Auto-attendant

On page three, each auto attendant option should be set as

EXT treatment
e transfer

Then just add this new subscriber extension to your main auto attendant as an option and change the greeting.

Presto!

That appears to be your main auto attendant. In order to see the directory, you would need to look at subscriber 21097.

If u have vectors u can have directory there to and then u are not dependant on the less reliable INtuity system.

While vectoring is nice, announcement space (pre val days) is a much more valuable commodity than a subscriber in Audix.
