I am new to Windows 2000 pro. I have it on a network through a Linksys router with several Windows 98 computers. In the "System Properties/Network Identification" section, the Windows 2000 pro computer name is Mainoffice and the Workgroup is Office. If I open "Mainoffice" in My Network Places, I see only the Printers folder and the Scheduled Tasks folder, no drive or other directories. However, I can map the drive from my Windows 98 computer as "\\Mainoffice\C$". All of the other computers show all the directories and drives over the network. Why can't I see drives or directories in "Mainoffice"? Thanks, Ed
