Directed Call Pickup

Need help on this one. I have granted the Class of restriction(COR)on Directed call pickup to yes on both phones. When the pickup code is dialed, the user receives an error.

Do you simply dial the directed call pickup code + extension?

Have you done a 'cha sys fea' and flagged the 'Directed Call Pickup' field to 'y'?

Hi todd,
Are you using the feature access code for directed call pickup, this is a separate code to normal pickup.Similarly, if you are using feature buttons, you will need to set up a "Directed Call Pickup" button, you cannot use normal pickup. Do you have the phone you are trying to pick up set to Can be picked up by directed call pickup? (COR)
You could also make sure that directed call pick up is set in system-parameters features. Trying is the first step on the road to failure

Changing the system feature worked like a charm. I feel silly, this should have been a simple procedure.
