DIRECT TRUNK GROUP SELECT BUTTON

For some reason when the attd hits the DIRECT TRUNK GROUP SELECT BUTTON, they get wave off. Looked at CORs and FRLs and can't find a problem. System is a G3v8 - Disp Attendant 1 has it set at the correct TAC - What am I missing?? Thanks

Is "dial access" turned on on the trk grp form?

no - dial access is set to "n", however I have many swithches where this is set to no and it works fine. I will try setting it to yes off hours and see if it fixes the problem.

service type on the isdn trunk is cbc and dial access can not be changed to y

Consoles can do things other phones can't, like access certain types of trunks.
Does the attd have "operator permissions" yes under the attd COS?
Set the attd COR FRL to 7
Is the ATTD COR (0) and COS (0) or some other COR/COS??

After some investigation, I've been told that this feature doesn't work on ISDN trunks. Still testing some existing sites - button looks to be administered on some, but not working and not used - go figure?!?!

Answer to phonesrus: attd 1 has console permissions with cor 10 frl 7, trunk has cor 61 frl 0.
