I have dual PRI's coming into my 412. Our AR department has requested their own number directly to their department. I have 20 DID numbers from the local telco. I have successfully set up a call flow that will route one of my DID numbers to an AA message. Works great for that one DID number.
My question is, is it possible within the 412 to "Roll the original DID number to another if it is busy? I think I might need to have at least 4 lines available for inbound call customers, especially the week after statements go out. I know I could set up 4 individual DID numbers to point to the AA, but I don't want to have to present the customer with 4 possible numbers. My goal is to give out one number our customers can call, but provide up to 4 inbound call lines. My telco says they cannot setup a rollover on our PRI for the DID numbers.
