Hey guys, looking for some help here. Right now I have a couple phone lines that have to be analog to go through a digital voice logger(DVL) to record calls for playback. The DVL only accepts analog and only outputs in analog. Our current setup has 3 type 500 analogs going from the node to the DVL and then into a really old Northstar E-Key system. The Northstar is starting to fail and I'm tring to go all Nortel for the system. I was told that there was a digital handset where I would go from the node to the handset and the handset had an analog out that we could push to the DVL that would record both sides of the phone call. I haven't found this phone and have no clue on where to look this up at. My telephony skills are very weak since the most telephony I do is just move users phones around.
