Has anyone heard of any problems with 7440 phones retaining a charge? Have a user that is complaining about this problem and the system was only installed in June this year.

I haven't heard of this problem but I know the batteries can be replaced. I'm not exactly sure what the DM uses but I think NiCad batteries if you didnt let them drain once in a while the nickel would harden and only give you a small portion of the battery to use.
