Scenario:
PBX1 has no attendants.
PBX2 has attendants.

PBX1 sends all calls comming to the attendant through a MCDN network to PBX2. (NAS)

Is it possible to give the callers to PBX1 one message and callers to PBX2 another message,or must callers to the different PBX:es get the same message??

yes, use an idc table on one of the sites inbound traffic.. convert the dialed digits to either a cdn (symposium) or maxp 1 acd for cp..

Hmm, what I ment was if it was possible to use the messages defined in the ROA block. That is first and secont message in the attendantqueue and still keep the calls on different messages though they are handled by the same attendant in the end.

To use CP before it lands in the attendant queue has disadvantages that I dont like.
