Different link colors in Dreamweaver

If you could please help, I need to get this done asap. Thanks.
My navigation links need to be in white font color, my content links need to be black.
How can I do this. Page properties and css only default to one color.

The links in the left nav should be white, the one at the top of the page and in the right content area should be black.
