With the help of people here I have managed to get my multi-site installation working such that users at one site can use trunks off another switch in the event of local line failure.
This is working great, however has posed a few questions as to whether my network was setup correctly in the first place.
Firstly for network dialign some sites have been setup to use TSCs and others DSCs Does this matter? Is there any difference? How does these compare with LOC codes?
Now to displayed digits....
In this example from my 81C I dial 72+extn to call an extension on one of the 11Cs and from the 11C I dial 80+extn to call the 81C. When I call from the 81C to the 11C the 80 appears on the destination sets display. This is achived via a DAPC table on route 120 which is my ITG TIE. However when a user on the 11C calls to 81C the return access code is not displayed. The issue here is I have multiple remote sites connecting into the 81C over the same route so can't create DAPC tables to do the work I dont think.
I have noticed that someone has set one end up to use a DSC and the other to use a TSC.....
Any advice? Or should I tear it down and start again.
