A little more detailed is that MAS200 is the client/server version of MAS90. When using MAS200 all data processing is preformed at the server and it is just a thin-client implementation at the workstation. For example when you ask for a sorted A/R list of all clients over 90 days. The actual calculation and processing of the report is done at the server and only the Report Results are sent to your workstation.
When using MAS90 the actual dataprocessing is preformed at the workstation and the server is used on as a central location for data. With the A/R report of all clients over 90 days, all of the A/R data file is sent to the workstation which processes the report and gives the results.
There tends to be mush more network traffice on MAS90 installations than with MAS200.
In most small installation MAS90 should be fine, but for larger clients and/or WAN MAS200 would be better
