Sorry for asking such a stupid question, but what is the difference between home, profile and terminal server directories in Windows 2000 server?

thanks
dbsAber

Home directory = the location of your files

Profile directory = the location of data that provides information about your preferences, settings, desktop, and other machine/user interactions you've made...

Terminal Services Directories = same as above, except specific to logging into a Terminal Server as opposed to a workstation.

thank you for taking the time to reply
