This could be long, but here are a couple to get you started.
CFEXECUTE -handy toy for running other progs from CF
CFLOCK (changed, now you can specify the scope)
MAILPARAM -a little bonus for attachments etc.
REQUEST scope (hmmm maybe this was available in 4.0)
any one else?
