Diff betw DBCC DBReindex and reorg data and index in maint plan

Hello. Could someone please explain to me the difference between running dbcc dbreindex and having a maintenance plan "reorganize data and index pages" under the optimizations tab in the maintenance plan wizard in sql2k?
I notice that under the maintenance plan, it has an option to "change free space percentage to x%". Is this similar to changing the fill factor when running dbcc dbreindex? Any help would be appreciated.

I think a reorg does a dbshrink on the database after a reindex.

A reorg does three things

Reindexes all the indexes
Run update stats on all indexes
Shrinks the database file size
