I have some DID numbers terminating at a console. Is there a way for the console to display what DID is ringing so that the attendant knows who is actually being called? Is there a way to toggle between who is calling and what DID number is ringing?

The console should already be showing both of those.

Does the console display other numbers correctly?

Look in the "OPT" for IDP. You need OPT IDP

if your DIDs are assigned to LDNs - all you ned is a ICI key defined for that LDN and then alble that key with the DID number. Operator will need to look to see what ICI key is activated.

Reusser, please clarify your comment "lable that key with the DID number." I am going to have several DID's terminating at the console. Should all DID's land on the ICI key defined for that LDN?

You can assign up to 6 different LDNs and then ICI keys LD0, LD1 .. LD5

this will allow 6 DID numbers to be identifiable at the console by what ICI key they light up.

Another option if you have more that that is to use IDC table and turn on IDC name, then you can name each DID pointed to console.

Wait wait - the console displays the calling and called number, regardless of LDNs
