DID to HUNT Group won't go to cover

I have a DID pointing to a Hunt Group of 4 extentions I need to ring other extentions in group then go to VM if no answer-- only rings on first available HG member-- never goes to cover
 
I had the exact same problem, and was able to resolve it by adding a voicemail coverage path (the same one used for all employees) in page 1 of the hunt-group configuration screen.

You'll need to create a voice mailbox for the hunt group extension as listed in page 1 (not the VDN extension, if that applies to your scenario.)

I should also mention that in the hunt-group setup page, if 'Vector' is set to 'Yes', then you won't see an option to enter a coverage path. This must be set to 'no'.

If you want this to ring on multiple phones at the same time
you might want to try a terminating ext grp instead of a hunt group. Another option is to use a term ext grp and set the coverage path to include the hunt grp.
