Hi, I recently added a block of 40 DID's to a PRI terminating into an Option11. The new DID's have a prefix of xxx-788-xxxx. The exsisting DID's are all xxx-585-xxxx. I programmed a few phones using the new DID's and when I place a call to them with my cell, xxx-788-xxxx it reaches the phone just fine. When I call out to my cell from the new DID my calling line ID on my cell displays the 585 prefix instead of the correct 788 prefix. Do I need to program the new prefix in the switch and if so where should it go? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Fred
