Greetings guys!

I'm setting up a DID number that when it rings in, it will immediately be routed to my AA. (the calling group is 790)

Should I be able to have my CLEC send me the "790" digits, and the phone system will handle that like I believe it should, or do we need to do something else?

Thanks for your advice!

- Joel

Yes that will work. You can also renumber the calling group to what they are sending to you. I have a company that the main number ends with 2200 . I renumbered 770 to 2200 and it answers right away to the auto attendant. to chech VM the users just dial 2200 on their sets.

Thanks! The users are already trained to it this way, so that's the way we'll keep it.

Appreciate the prompt answer!
