I have seen a report in the Northwind database that has headers that show the first and last entry on a page of customers. Can anyone tell me the step-by-step process of how to do this? I have looked at the properties of everything in this report with no success. I know it has something to do with having Access pass through the report twice, but I have no idea of how to do it. That is why I have specifically asked for a step-by-step answer.

Thanks.

Paul, loved the article. I was able to achieve the effect in the footer. I tried to modify the directions so I could achieve the same in the header. It didn't work. Is there a similar article for the header?
