Hi Guys
I have a laptop which is part of a MS Win2K AD domain, access to server resources on the LAN works fine.
The laptop also has dial up access on the phone into the server via a modem in the server and authenticates the user.
In the not so distant past, users could then browse the server shared files and access exchange email via Outlook on thier laptops.
Alas no longer, the user can dial in and authenticate, but can't access any resources, I have stared for countless hours at the AD settings for the user and cant find anything which has been toggled to 'off' or 'denied'
I have removed SP2 from the laptop to no avail, tuned off the XP firewall, no use and even restarted the ISA server and RAR services on the server.
I need help please, any ideas on why it stopped or better how to gain access again would be great please
Regards
Jerry
