Dialogic boards and Transfer call

Hi all,

I develop an IVR using a Dialogic board.
What I'mm trying to do is:
- receive a call (OK)
- Check the calling number (OK)
- Transfer the call to a group passing directly the CalleID

Transfer the call is possible but the PBX doesn't accept the Calling Number.
In the Dialogic forum I receive the answer that could be a PBX setting.
Someone can help me?

How is your flash timer set?

the Siemens mostly uses between 80 and 120 msec.

I don't know.... I'm a developer and I don't know a lot about pbxs. I know only basics settings to do tests (device, groups ...).
I use a dialogic's function (blind transfer) to transfer.

Could you be more specific? Sorry..

You are transferring to a PBX analog trunk port, is that correct??

Are you even sure the dialogic analog port supports this?

Hi,

I have a PBX with a VOIP line.
This line pass to te Dialogic boards through bus S0.
My Pbx is a siemens 3350.
When a call enter in the diva, I see the callerID.
Now I try to transfer the call in MANY ways without be able to pass the call with the original CallerID.
My last sequence of operation is:

Dialogic Ext is 71, Ext to transfer 11

- receive a call

- Dial the extension to transfer the call.
Dialing, in the display of the Ext, I see the name of the Dialogic Ext, I try to change the property of the DivaCall changing the callerID but nothing happens.

- Hold the first call

- Use CompleteTransfer to transfer the call.

The VERY strange thing is that, when the 11 is ringing after the transfer I see in the display 71, when I reply, I see the callerID.
I say "Strange", because, when 11 rings, the boards already have disconnected the calls on its internal.
The call, I think, exists only in the PBX.

I think you'll need to set the S0 port from "standard" typ to "Phone Mail (Callno. 5 or 6 digits)"
That way the External caller ID will be sent from the Huntgroup into the diva.

I found the solution.

In Siemens Manager, there is an option under SystemParameters-->Display

"Transfer before answer" the default is "Transferred by", I change to "Transferred to".
