Hi ,
We have integrated Dialogic Board D/600 JCT with TN2464 DS1 board with Dialogic Channels configured as DS1FD Stations and CAS protocol , we are able to call the stations and playback of prompts is working fine but we are not able to pass any ANI , DNIS information to the Dialogic script , any suggestions ???

How are you passing calls to the IVR? Are you using vectors our route tables?

Hi,

the only way to pass data trought CAS protocol will be using touch tone digit so what you can do is to have a converse on skill 'IVR skill' passing vdn and none.

then the first things that the application did is answer the phone then collect X digits ( note that the step will send this kind of string 20000#) another solution to get the ANI or DNIS will be to have the IVR working with CTI connection to the PBX but that's another story ( depends on your IVR and the feature that you have on it)..

We have created agent login IDs and assigned them a skill with AAS to Dialogic Channels ( Avaya Stations ) , we call a VDN and this queues the call to Dialogic Agents skill .
