Hi to all!

Why alarm key on Dialog 4224 flashes? When I press that key, on LCD says NO ALARM or EXG SERV. If there is no alarms in system, why key blinks? How can I turn that off? In ALEX for EXG SERV says Service ongoing. What that means?

thanks

There is a possibilty of connecting a switch to the ALU board, I think, that when activated by a service technician, will indicate for an operator that maintainence is ongoing.

Can I turn off that alarm indicator somewhere on the phone? Or is there command in Winfiol for turning off that alarm? And what means maintainence is ongoing? Do I have to do dump? There is no maintainence in progress, and key blinks.

thanks for answer.

I turned off alarm indicationon OPI. But key flashes again. On display says EXG SERV. How to remove that indication? Operator mentioned me it`s pretty annoying to him. What do I have to do?

thanks
