I have an IP Office that has 2 PRI's going into it along with 4 CO lines. I get many complaints that everytime a user attempts to dial a toll free # they get a busy signal only to have to retry this number for it to work. I don't feel this is a carrier issue. Where on the IP Office can I check or change the routing of the toll free #'s. They should be going out over the CO lines but where would I check that?

You can see in CallStatus what line the call uses. But you should have a different "Outgoing Group ID" on your CO lines and a shortcode to dial toll free number that points to those lines.

how are those toll free numbers configured ?
if you use a few analog (or other) lines then the first asinged line isn't working
thats then why the second attempt does work

set up system short code for dialing toll free numbers, in line group choose the group which has only the active co lines in it in the short codes.

What they said. Sometimes two PRIs come from different providers and one is used for toll free. The local PRI and not the LD PRI should carry toll free calls. In that case they will need to be in two different line groups and setup via short code to route properly. Also if the loop starts lines are part of a PRI line group but not allowed toll free form some strange reason then you will experience the same problem. Monitor will tell the tale.
