Hi,

If I set the OTM global perference to check "DNs with dial plan in system properties" I can not successfuly change or assign anything through OTM as it always says "DN is out of range" or some other error.

However, if I do it through the terminal, it assigns and nothing is wrong... (i.e. the set works fine, receiving and sending calls)...

Any help on this option? why is it there, and how can I manipulate the "system dialing plan" which LD and which NTP?

Thanks,

In your OTM there is a page to set up your dialing plan. This is to help you stick to your schema and not assign numbers that belong in another range. In your site properties, on the customer tab, you can get to your dialing plan. The PBX knows nothing about this, so you are able to program "out of range" numbers from the terminal. You need to update your dialing plan in OTM.
