Dialing Not recognized by outside users Avaya IP Office 500

Hello All,

I am facing a problem when dialing an outside number, if an autoattendant start to speak and I try to dial any number or extension it is not recognized and no action taken,

What maybe the cause of that?
 
- Not properly sending DTMF tones from your side
- Remote side is not able to receive the DTMF properly.

My guess would be the line providers, probably yours if the remote AA works for other callers.
Tried calling from you mobile?

yes from mobile everything seems to be ok, I am using a sip account on a Cisco SPA 112 forwarded to the IP Office Manager,

My provider told me that DTMF is turned off but it is on on my Cisco device.
 
So you have an analogue-SIP converter then, not the most reliable thing in the world :-)

IIRC there's more to it than just a on/off setting on the DTMF, (long or short tones for instance).
Take a look at the manual for the Cisco box.
If that doesn't help, check if there is a newer firmware available.
