What software do I need to log in remotely to definity..? Like SPM for Magix. .what's for definity and where do i get it?

There are a bunch of topics or answers on this one. Here is a list, depending on the vintage of the system:

ProComm-probably the easiest without having to use Avaya's special software emulator

Terranova-Older Avaya emulation software, some people still have copies

ASA-Newer Avaya emulation software. Most of the time you will have to go to Avaya or reseller to get this software.

Those are the basics, there are some other software package that others have used, but these are the easiest to configure and find.
