Dialing from Outlook

What do I need to have the ability to open Outlook contacts and place a call by clicking on a contact, using a BCM50 3.0? I'm sure I would need the CTI license and UM, anything else? How difficult is this to configure?

You can use the RSI Visual Rapport software and LAN CTE.

Thats all you need, its straight forward form there.
just set up your dialing properties from outlook.

all you need is the CTE license. Config is not to bad. No need for 3rd party software.
